Introductory sessions and lectures: During his tenure, he repeatedly convened introductory sessions and lectures bringing together lawyers and the province's judicial officials — especially the heads of the judiciary of the time — which fostered strong cooperation between the bar and the judiciary.

Advocate for bar independence: Alemohamad has been a committed advocate for the independence of bar associations and of practicing attorneys, and has worked extensively toward that goal.
