Granting Power of Attorney to a Lawyer in Iran Without Using the Mikhak System

The Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran has launched the Sana system for Iranians abroad, and with this system the problems and issues of Iranians residing outside the country will be resolved more easily and quickly.
What Is the Sana System?
Pursuant to the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code, in 2016 (1395 SH) the Judiciary designed and implemented a system called the Sana system, through which all judicial notifications can be viewed. Through this system, all judicial papers are served on natural and legal persons electronically.
Since that date, no notification is sent in paper or physical form to people's doorsteps anymore.
Also, through this system, Iranians abroad can easily grant power of attorney to the Alemohamad Law Office in Iran and conclude a power-of-attorney agreement.
The Sana System for Iranians Abroad
Iranians abroad can, without going to embassies, consulates, or the offices for the protection of interests, and without using the Mikhak system, access electronic judicial services online by going to the site (kharej.adliran.ir), and this will resolve the years-long problem faced by Iranians abroad who lacked a Sana code and could not be served judicial papers electronically.
Identity Verification and Remote Registration on Sana
The Judiciary's Deputy for International Affairs stated that, as of the beginning of Bahman of the current year (late January), those who lack a Sana username will also be able to verify their identity and register online.
The years-long problem faced by Iranians abroad who lacked a Sana code and could not be served judicial papers electronically will be resolved.
Online Issuance of a Certificate of No Criminal Record in English
He further noted that, by the end of the year, it will also become possible to issue, online, a certificate of no criminal record in English specifically for Iranians abroad, so that a process that currently takes more than two months through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Interpol can be completed in a single day, with no need for any in-person visit. (As of now, this has not yet been implemented.)
Entrusting Divorce and Inheritance Disputes to a Lawyer Through the Sana System
If an Iranian residing abroad has also registered on the Sana system, they can easily conclude an agreement with a lawyer in Iran.
With this power-of-attorney agreement, the lawyer can act in all judicial matters, such as an uncontested (mutual-consent) divorce or inheritance-related matters. In that case, there is no longer any need to prepare a power of attorney through the Mikhak system.
